Yes! We never collect any credentials for your streaming session, and furthermore every video session is deleted after 24 hours.
Why yet another extension for watching videos together?
This extension is my hobby project. I wanted to watch movies with my
girlfriend that lives in another town, but I didn't want to pay for a
subscription to a service like Netflix Party. I also wanted to watch
movies on pages that were not supported by other extensions, which
resulted in creating Tvgether.

Does it include paid features?
For now, no. I hope that this app will make enough money to pay for hosting through ads that are shown before joining session.
